About Studio Renting

This private studio is located in the Ken Caryl Business Center of Colorado and is a total of 1100 square feet. It has beautiful natural light and gorgeous mountain views. The studio includes a reveal area with reveal wall, private bathroom, a production area with high celling over 14 feet height. The production area is spacious with a variety of customized backdrops to capture all types of portraits. This studio can be used for both natural light photographers and for photographers that specialize in studio lighting. A variety of studio lighting equipment is available, ranging from constant lights, strobe, V-Flat, etc.

Pricing for Renting

Hourly rate: $80 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hour rental.

Half Day rental (4 hours): $300.

Full Day rental (8 hours): $600.

Annual Membership Pricing

• $369 (6 studio hours per month)

• $559 (10 studio hours per month)

Process for Renting

Step 1: Fill in the rental form below. Please indicate your name, email, requested date and time, and click the Send Message button.

Step 2: You will be notified if the time slot you requested is available.

Step 3: An invoice will be emailed to you. The rental price needs to be paid in full before your session.

Step 4: On your reserved session day, a staff member will meet you at the studio before your session and give you a tour. After your session ends, the staff will meet you at the studio to check out.

Note: $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory state.
